Pre-Season Pitchers
Ostingers Baseball Academy is offering a great opportunity for pitchers to be ready for high school tryouts and the start of the season!! Come be a part of this successful program that has alumni in pro ball and all levels of college! This Pitchers Program WILL get you better!! It is proven to help aid in velocity and clean up your mechanics to stay healthy!
This program is designed to build the TOTAL BODY OF WORK OF A PITCHER: Mechanics, Core Strength, Fast Twitch Muscle Work, Flexibility, Agility, Arm Care, Mental Aspects, Throwing Program, and MORE!!
Each Session will emphasize:
- Stretching
- Flexibility
- Core Strength
- Agility & Athleticism
- Fast Twitch Muscle Work
- Arm Care
- Throwing Program
- Flat Grounds
- Bullpens (second half of the program)
- Mechanics & Drills
This program is for high school players who want to work hard, get better and be ready for the start of the high school season. This program will work you and you will see changes in velocity, mechanics, body strength!
Instruction and Drills will be lead by Jim Osting, owner of Ostingers Baseball Academy and former MLB Pitcher and current Minor League Pitchers
